Are children allowed at the Arcade?
Yes! This is an entertainment center with an arcade and a bar. As long as the child is with a parent or guardian, they are allowed until 7:00pm.
How do the games work?
Tokens! Like the arcades of yesteryear, our games run on tokens. You can get tokens from our change machine or you can start a tab and put it on your credit card.
How many games do you have?
Usually around 110 arcade games and 14 pinball machines. Games come and go, or might be turned off for repair. Check our updated game room listing for details.
Do you have parking?
Yes! There is a large parking lot in the back of the building. You can also park in front of the Arcade as well. You can enter the parking lot from Sparkle Court road or from East Washington Ave.
Are you able to book a private event at the Arcade?
Yes you are. Private events allow you to take over the entire bar & arcade. Special pricing is available for arcade rentals, bar drink tickets and token deals. Contact us for details.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes.

Always. If you feel you would enjoy working here, drop a resume off here at the Arcade. We do not accept applications via email currently.
How long will it take to repair a game that is out of order?
As soon as possible! If you see an out of order sign on a game during your visit it will either be fixed within a matter of days, or if it is more of a sophisticated repair it could take more time to diagnose the issue, order parts, etc. We have some of the most dedicated & competent technicians working behind the scenes, and while sometimes it may be difficult to estimate a time of repair, you can rest assured that a plan is in place & it's only a matter of time.
Will you ever feature my favorite game?
Chances are we already have it on route, or it's in our warehouse waiting to be refurbished! And if it's not, we're still adding more machines to our collection whenever we can, so please feel free to make suggestions.
